Parking for small/medium-sized vehicle. Cable and wifi included! Upper sun deck, and a grill located in the pool area! Pool opens Memorial Day (subject to change). Card-op laundry room and ice machine on the premise. All kitchen accessories available -- pots/pans/dishes/cups/glasses/utensils. If you are mainly showering and sleeping in room like I did because I was spending most of my time out as many do on vacation it works just fine.
