Large 1st floor condo with easy excess (only 3 steps up)This condo is only 2 short blocks to 16th st beach. This unit comes with large 55" 4k tv
in living room and a flat screen tv in master. Couches convert to beds that can accommodate 2 adults for a total of 6 adults or 4 adults and 2 children.the kitchen comes fully stocked with over range microwave, Keurig, blender, toaster and utensils. There are 2 washers and 2 dryers on site. This condo is in a building with 5 other condos. Other condos are available for rent which is perfect for large family trips with friends and family.linens are the responsibility of guest you can bring your own or rent from a local company.

Very convenient to the beach. We had a on bedroom, one bath. 2 queen beds in the bedroom - worked out great. Plenty of space for us.

Nice Place

Nice place, nice area, owner gets back to you ASAP every time. Only 4 stars cause of TV. Lots of subscription services but no cable or satellite hence no live local news or sports. Not really a huge deal but worth noting.

Short summer break!

The condo is very nice in a great neighborhood. I felt safe there alone with my little dog. Parking was great first spot easy to unload. Only stayed a few days due to other obligations that came up but enjoyed my time there! Thank you Sal!
