Our was motto the best standards. And being I got contacted over and over by cozysuites for our reservation and check in. There were several steps after booking through Travelocity that you would imagine the place being above standard. However reaching our room we noticed some things that were not up to standard to be honest. The bathroom walls were dirty in all of our bathrooms as well not 1 wash rag in any of our bathrooms. Next to one of our beds on the floor looked very dirty with dark sticky residue. I took it upon myself to grab a wipe and some soap water to clean it. I took pictures of both the floor and bathroom wall. There was not many choices for eating with family which was hard traveling with 3 kids and it being a “family fun place”. I’m not usally a person to complain but this should all be addressed.

They don’t show the fine print until after you book the room the walls were all chipped up residue of w.e on the walls.. I wanted to celebrate my daughter’s 5th birthday by taking her to the indoor water park was the only convenience for us! No ice machines can barely make noise felt like we were in a prison! it reminds me of an assistant living. Guess that’s what I get for trying to find a room last minute for the weekend

Wasn't aware there wasn't a tv in the bedroom the kids was bored, one of the bathroom sinks would fill up when the toilet flushed, don't like how dogs are in rooms with people without pets all pets should be in the same area to not disturb other guests especially at night, and there's no phone in the room to call for assistance....rooms are nice overall, hotel is nice Waterpark is nice

Under sheets that covered the mattress had stains on it. condition of the room walls were poor as it showed lack of maintenance because it was peeling. Sink was clogged the entire time of my stay even though i reported it to property management. Made it difficult for me to do self care. Received a parking violation for non-payment even though that was something the hotel should of taken care of as they promised. They eventually took care of it but to receive the violation in the first place sent me the wrong message as a patron of the establishment, considering my reservation was fully prepaid.

I am disappointed because my reservation was canceled at the last minute. I travel from CT to Atlantic City and when I got off the bus walking to the hotel i received a message from Cozy Suites stating that my reservation was canceled. I never had a problem before and i have stayed twice with them. This was so inconvenient trying to find somwwhere to stay at the last minute. That was very unprofessional.
