This was our 2nd ti e back. Perfect location to stay and Uber to our concert at the Hard Rock. The staff was very courteous, the hotel was very clean, as was our room. Beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. Our room was very quiet too. The breakfast buffet was perfect before our trip home and I must say it was also very neat, clean, and orderly! The staff took pride in their service and work. Thank you!

The hotel hallways and room had a smell. It was a really strong, sweet smell of some sort of cleaning product. The air felt heavy and stale in the room and I had to open the window for a few hours and put the heat up to try to clear th odor out.
