the check in guy was talking about weed and hash it made me very uncomfortable. the breakfast bar was empty! could not get refills on some items as they’re “out for the day” maybe account how much food is needed to accommodate the amount of people in the building. poor experience overall.. sad because i’ve always loved holiday inns

Building exterior has a nice modern look. Plenty of well lit parking. Rooms are fair sized and beds very comfortable. Bathroom very clean. Initially got a room with a defective air conditioner but they addressed it immediately amd moved me. Hallways could be better maintained. Carpets had visible stains and some areas had debris on top.

Good hotel but breakfast service needs to improve

The private beach was awesome. My kids and I spent time exploring the ocean. We saw fish, crabs, horseshoe crabs, and other ocean life. I would have rated my stay higher if they had better breakfast service. Both days we spent significant time waiting for the hot breakfast to be restocked. The first day we gave up waiting and went to the nearby Dunkin. If they could get breakfast together this would be a four star stay.

I booked the property because I thought the Holliday Inn name would speak for itself. The first problem was that the bathroom had no toilet paper. There were numerous families on the floor with children that were running up and down the halls making noise. We spoke to them numerous times and finally an adult was able to get them to stop

This hotel was just ok. The people are super nice who work there. Our room was very “moist” and we only had 1 towel when we checked in (easily rectified). I picked this place because of the price so I guess it was acceptable for a cheap price. The breakfast looked good but was busy so we didn’t eat there.
