It was a very unsanitary environment. The outside smelled of sewer, was littered with trash, the bathroom shower head did not work properly and there were gnats coming out of the sink. There was no Manager onsite to handle any concerns and I was refused my money back for the 2 day stay and had to book another room for the second day somewhere else because of the very poor conditions. I would like my money refunded back to me for the two days that were booked there.

Well, the hotel was very convenient in terms of price and the stay of having a bed for the night. There were several issues that need to be addressed. How is it that the staff was not able to provide good customer service in terms of getting a room next to the other guest. They never got back on my message. They said they would send an electronic to fix my TV but he never showed up. The phone line is terrible. She could not hear me on the other line. You gotta work on Customer Service and better attending. I mean, the price is all right, but it should be more cheaper since I didn’t get much help.
