The room was great nice size I was by myself just needed overnight the guy at the front desk is very nice it wasn't to busy not sure what the bad reviews are about this is a clean nice location also close to ventnor city longport and ocean City also has small balconie the heater works great room was nice and warm will definitely stay again

There was blood on the sheets and pillow cases, . I think you should invest in better pillows the ones you have are terrible. Location is great and dogs staying for free is a great touch. I would love to see you out more live into the rooms.

Location & price were good; no elevators for 2nd floor which iI asked for 1st floor room when reservation was made as I have bad knees to climb steps. No refunds when I made reservation online so I was stuck climbing the steps. Dogs were free, room was large, bed comfy, TV didn’t work, no breakfast or coffee, bathroom sink was tiny but it served its purpose for my overnight stay as I was passing through town.

Not sure how old the pictures are but this property was nasty! The shower was not cleaned at all. It looked like a wig exploded on the wall of the shower. At least 15-20 long hairs. Someone picked their wig out and put it in the wall. It was nasty. We took our dog and washed her after leaving it was so dirty!!

When we opened the doors there was a moldy smell, my wife said everything was fine. The AC doesn't clean, there is no shampoo, only soap. And 2 towels. Thank you.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Plenty of parking. Was adequate for a no frills place.. there was a small refrigerator in the room but no coffee pot. Shared microwave available in lobby.

If you are looking for a low budget place to crash only that's close to Ocean City NJ, this is your spot. They allowed us to let our dog stay and didn't charge a per fee, however they do not want you leaving your dog unattended. If you are good with hearing other dogs barking and are not interested interested in hanging out there, it was good for the cost. Room was clean. There was no tub like in the photo.

The place is falling apart. It smells like mold, and very musty. It’s alright for $100 per night. Can’t complain until one of the staff put his hands on me and starts touching it inappropriately. My partner and I left right away. The staff didn’t think they did anything wrong. There’s a camera.

Not TRULY dog friendly

Upon arrival the man behind the desk informed me that pets are not allowed alone in the rooms. He wasn't even going to allow me to put them in the room on an 80 degree day while I went back to the car to get luggage. He wanted them back in my car. He sternly said "pet friendly doesn't mean the dog can be in the room the entire time." I have stayed in DOZENS of dog friendly hotels and motels of all price points and I've NEVER heard of such a policy. I said they'll be crated if I go out, I brought their crate. He told me that didn't matter. Not wanting an argument I said politely no problem, I'll call hotels.com because the policy isn't on there and they'll just rebook me in a fully pet friendly property. Instantly his entire tune changed "well, we REQUEST you don't leave the dog alone in your room. We can't REQUIRE it. We've had a lot of problems and others guests complaining." I'm guessing corporate wants them dog friendly but they don't want to be? He was completely unpleasant to me for the remaining 3 days and watched me as if he was my college RA & I was on double secret probation. I wouldn't rule this location out but book through hotels.com so you'll have recourse if they try to pull this with you. Or call in advance and say I will be leaving my dog from time to time but they will be crated, I heard others were allowed to do so within your policy. The property is no frills but it's immaculately clean, large rooms with balconies and the location can't be beat for the $.

Owners are Nice, facility not so much

Facility was very rundown TV didn’t work, and couldn’t get Internet. The owners of managers were extremely helpful and responsive despite of these deficiencies for which we are thankful.
