Perfect for families & groups, it features a relaxed vibe, table games, a side yard for cornhole and BBQs, and a breezy front porch for dining. Unforgettable fun, sun and AC memories- minutes to the boardwalk casinos and a short stroll to Ventnor / Margate.



Convenient double garage and two visitor parking passes provided. Beach towels, beach gear and sporting equipment included.



The Space:

7 bedroom, 8 beds, 4.5 bath (inc. three king beds, three queen beds and two twins)

We provide trash bags, TP and paper towels to get you started. Spices are available for cooking but we recommend bringing your own if you want to be certain. Bathrooms have soft soap and the kitchen includes dish / dishwasher soap.



Things you should bring:

- Cooking supplies like foil and plastic wrap, storage containers and any oils/ spices.

- Washing machine detergent, trash bags, disposables, paper products.

- Shampoo and bath supplies.

Guests' access includes the entire seven bedroom home with eight beds, outdoor shower, shed with beach gear and two bay garage.

The Neighborhood:

Lower Chelsea is a great place to get out on foot, be active or relax. You can easily drive to destinations and restaurants. This is a low key family friendly area with access to the high energy Ventnor, Margate and Atlantic City scene.



Getting Around:

It's easy to access restaurants and destinations by foot or car. Lower Chelsea has accessible eateries, shops and is the central spot for access to AC, Ventnor/ Margate amenities.



Other Things to Note:

Bartram Beach Homes is committed to the safety and security of all involved during a booking and we ensure our owner’s homes are also protected. Before you arrive, you will be asked to complete guest verification through our third-party provider, Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up to date with rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification.



We will also be emailing you the short-term rental agreement to sign via PandaDoc. To do this, we will ask for your email address outside of the Airbnb platform so we can send the agreement directly to you. Please sign it prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.



Additionally, to ensure a smooth and secure booking process, the person making the reservation must be the same as the cardholder whose payment method will be used to confirm the booking.

3) The "Ultimate Beach Tower" is a beach block two-family building with 11 brm, 15 bd, 7 full bath, 3 half-bath, ping pong table, foosball table and double outdoor patio space
