If your only goal is to be right on the beach

The cost is because you are steps from the boardwalk and beach, but even with that I think it’s overpriced. There was a significant amount of mold in the bathroom. Since I’m pregnant we chose to stay somewhere else, same price just two blocks further from the beach- supremely superior condition.

Location, location, location!

Ocean 7 is on the north end of the boardwalk. Beach access right there and plenty of places to grab a bite to eat. The room was great! Super clean upon arrival. Had trouble with the TV and someone came right up to fix it. Only slight negative, the pool was too warm. It was more like a sauna. Plenty of pool towels available whenever I was there.

Great location and a perfect place for family to stay. the room is a little small but it had everything we needed. The heated pool is plus since it was on the cooler side this week. I wish housekeeping made our bed but they emptied our trash and gave us fresh towels so it's fine. Other than that, we had a great stay!

Good value by the beach

Nothing's cheap at the shore anymore, but this hotel offers good value for money. Room was exactly as advertised. Clean, nice kitchenette with updated appliances. It was quiet, even though it was right off the pool - good soundproof windows. The pool was also nice and well maintained. The A/C is right next to one of the beds, and the room gets bright early (white shades), so light sleepers may need to adjust. But otherwise, this was a really nice find!

We loved the location and the property was updated very nicely. The beds were comfortable and clean. I did wipe down with lysol wipes the toilet, shower and bathroom floors. There was hair in the tub and the shower curtain smelled like urine. Noone stopped in for towel change or trash removal as indicated. We were able to flag someone down as they were walking by after a couple days to get a towel change.

Everyone was very nice. It was mostly clean. The air didn’t go below 75 in our room I asked about it twice with no follow up. There was never any parking people were pulling in and going right to the boards and no one did anything about it I ended up parking on the street and not being able to move

The rooms were very clean, comfortable and pretty I loved how they had a small kitchen area and kitchen utensils also! Very great area for the hotel to be in, the board walk and all the other activities were 1 min walking distance from the hotel

Eu e minha família ficamos neste hotel por cinco dias e com certeza iremos voltar no proximo ano, estava tudo muito bom, fica perto da praia, não tem barulho, estava tudo limpo, realmente nos amamos este lugar. Eu recomendo!!!

In a first floor room (104) with the door facing the parking lot, it is impossible to block out the street lights at night, even with the shades of the door pulled down. The shades on the door need to be wider.

I really love staying at OCEAN7. It’s our annual go to vaca hotel around this time. Very close to the boardwalk and tons of dining options whether it’s in the boardwalk to around the area One con that I didn’t like this year was the airconditioning in our room. I could tell they did some renovations but for some reason our aircondition in our room was not blowing cold air, specifically the bedroom. Ive stayed her a lot of times and this was the first time I’ve had this issue. I didn’t tell management about this during our stay (which I will at checkout) considering that my family were mostly gone during the day and were only at the hotel at night. Plus it was already a hassle possibly moving to another room considering we had so much. But I noticed that the aircondition in the bedroom was barely blowing cold air. It wasn’t too hot in the room but I def know that the bedroom can get colder if the aircondition was properly working. The one in the living room area also had some issues. We noticed that during the day it kept turning off every 15-20min or so but at night, air was definitely on the whole night. Other than that, it was really the only issue we had about the stay. Still will recommend staying here but maybe next time I will def say something before hand..

Doors lock at 10pm. Need a code to get in afterwards. Safe feeling that no strangers can walk around.
