The hotel is absolutely beautiful and the staff was very welcoming…aside from all the women at the front desk. I had three different women be beyond disrespectful to me. They didn’t explain any of my charges, they wouldn’t even look me in the eye and cut me off from even speaking so I couldn’t even explain my concerns.

I was upset checking-in, the room wasn’t ready and then once we got into the room, there was no soap, no lotion, all the dispensers in the shower were empty. Luckily i pack things for myself so i was prepared but it was disappointing. The carpets were wet in spots. The hotel overall was beautiful i was just a little disappointed.
