What a wonderful experience. The staff at Sunny's, Ocean Steak, Walburgers and Zhen Bang were top notch. The spa is a must. A special shout out to Randy and Matt at Ocean Steakhouse. Incredible weekend get away.

Front desk staff should be end all of customer service. First I requested non-smoking room inky to get to room which was obviously smoked in and masked over. Had to go back to front desk to get another room. Then after paying $3.75 for a room temperature small bottle of water from vending the woman at the front desk gave me attitude about the vending being third party and I could get ice in my room. I explained there was no plastic bag in the ice bucket and she told me that was housekeeping not front desk responsibility. Why did I need to suggest she call housekeeping for me. When the first room was smoked in I tried to use the phone in the room only to be on hold for over 5 minutes. I also got attitude from the high limit security because I didn’t have a prime card but there was only 2 people playing. I would give this hotel 1 star but the restaurant Sunny’s was good. After paying $375 for a room after parking this was another anwful Atlantic City experience.

Had a sister get getaway. Enjoyed a day pass at the spa and the outdoor pool and hot tub. The fire pits at night finished off a relaxing day. Hotel was already decorated for the holidays so the lights looked beautiful.

This was my first time at Ocean Casino. I will definitely stay again. The Ocean view was amazing! The staff was polite & helpful. Natalie the concierge was so sweet. She resolved an issue for us quickly & with patience. We ate brunch at Sunny's, I highly recommend it . The food was reasonably priced & the portions were big. Our waiter was top notch. I can't wait to stay again!!!
