This 2 story single family designer California coastal style home with attached garage and fenced yard is located in the Merion Park neighborhood of OCNJ. 3 decks and huge windows provide ample views of the bay and nature preserve surrounding the property. This modern home features 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths (plus an outdoor shower) and a separate loft for the kids. The home was originally built in 2013 by the architect who first inhabited the residence. This is not a typical rental. The owner is looking for a family excited about enjoying all that OCNJ has to offer. The home is a short (~1/2 mile) bike ride to the beach. It's fully stocked with everything you need for your vacation including: 7 bikes, a baby bike trailer, 4 beach chairs, and 6 beach tags.
During your stay at this vacation home, you'll be within walking distance of Clubhouse Lagoon. You'll find features like laundry facilities. Enjoy your stay with amenities like 2.5 bathrooms and a balcony in the vacation home.

The house was modern and comfortable. Would definitely stay there again.
