This fully custom Tuscan townhome, featuring ocean views and boardwalk access, for the first time, is available to be your vacation spot this summer. The home, including 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a 2 car garage, sleeps 15 in beds and is fully equipped to accommodate all your guests. Enjoy direct beach access, with 10 provided beach tags. After your fun in the sun, come home, rinse off in the outdoor shower, wash your bathing suits in the washer and dryer, and enjoy board games with your family in our open-concept living area. The home's bedroom configuration is a Master Suite with a King bed and private full bath, a Junior Suite with a queen bed and private full bath, and two additional bedrooms that share a full hallway bath. One of the additional bedrooms has two bunks and a trundle and sleeps five. The other has a double bunk, twin bunk, and trundle and sleeps 6. Additionally, the family room includes a queen pullout couch.
During your stay at this vacation home, you're just a quick walk from Ocean City Boardwalk. Laundry facilities are available. A kitchen and 2 bathrooms are available in the vacation home.

Wonderful location

You are on the boardwalk with just a short walk to the beginning of the shops but far enough away from the crowds. The elevator was such a big help when unloading and loading our cars. Would absolutely stay here again. Also the owner is very responsive.

Awesome location but listed incorrectly with 3-bathrooms.

GOOD: Location is easy walk to the beach and boardwalk rides/food. Garage easily fit our 2 vehicles/bikes/beach gear. Laundry is perfect for cleaning up beach towels/wet swimsuits. Fully stocked kitchen with Wolf appliances. The 2-baths it has are big and have wonderful water pressure. Check in was 2pm. That was nice to settle in before dinner. Beds were very comfortable. Owner was very responsive to my chats. He gave us access to second set of keys when we asked. They provided 10 beach tags. BAD: We were only given 1 full set of keys. I had to ask for a second set. At one point we had 3 adults and 2 teenagers accessing the unit. More combo boxes are suggested or additional key sets. This unit is listed as a 4-bed 3-bath. We paid extra and booked this unit for the extra bathroom. Price point was way too high for a 4-bed 2-bath. We were very disappointed to check in and only find 2-bathrooms. Outdoor shower has no drain. Unit is showing some wear. Shared stairway smelled horrible due to upstairs neighbors cooking. Shared courtyard was never an issue except when we were loading and unloading. For the 12K price we paid linens should have been included. UGLY: There is no cell access in the unit or even on the street by it. My husband worked during our trip and he had to walk to the boardwalk to get cell access. Overall: We would consider staying here again. But, not at the current price point as there are many other houses that are similar 4 bedroom 2 bathroom for less
