Adequate for a no-frills, budget-oriented stay. Plenty of space with four bedrooms and three bathrooms across three floors. Easy walk to Boardwalk Hall and adjacent attractions. Very few amenities: bare bones furnishings and kitchen equipment. Parking is a short 5 minute walk away. Walls and paint were in rough shape with unfinished maintenance and many touch-ups and deeper cleaning needed. You get what you pay for.

Well, that was an experience. We've stayed in many rental houses over the years, and this one was certainly unique. --Pros: The house is large, larger than the pictures show. It has been renovated and updated recently, and everything felt really clean. Four legitimate bedrooms (two on the second floor, two on the third floor), with several king and several queen beds. A full bathroom on the second floor, a full bathroom on the third floor, and a half-bath on the first floor. The downstairs space accommodated our four bikes easily. The proximity to the beach and boardwalk was fabulous, 1.5 blocks. It's a block behind Boardwalk Hall, so we went to the free organ concert at noon four days in a row. Parking was a 3-4 minute walk. There were multiple bodegas within a block. --Cons: The place felt like they were getting ready to start listing and a few weeks before it was ready, they just said, "Ah, close enough." There was painter's tape still on one of the light fixtures. The renovation finishing was really shoddy work, with counters that weren't aligned. Most of the doors basically wouldn't close, they were so poorly installed. Floors and stairs were really uneven (presumably because it's old). Furniture felt like a dorm room. The dining table was a card table. The kitchen was sparsely appointed. Neighborhood felt a little rough. We had an uninvited critter visitor who munched our food. When I contacted the owner, I got no response. It was super quirky, but met our needs.

First hour there , there was a mouse running around. Contacted the owner ; no response , next two days, mouse turds all over the kitchen. How sanitary ! The second day there was random strangers sitting on our porch , drinkingand smoking weed. When i asked them what they were doing they said “ relaxing “. Needles to say we had to ask them to leave Second day after the beach we came home to the third floor bathroom shower filling with feces from the blocked toilet. Second floor bathroom ceiling was leaking from the blockage By the looks of the ceiling and drywall this happens frequently. Messaged owner, no response until we called him. “ maintenance showed up and knew exactly what to do “. So they were familiar with the issue. Simple, no frills house , good location close to beach and boardwalk. If it wasn’t for the mouse and sewage not a bad deal die the price if your looking to just enjoy what AC has to offer.

Zimmer waren nicht sauber, An den Wänden, Heizungen waren Spritzer und was auch immer vorhanden. Die beiden Sofas im Wohnzimmer sind total durchgesessen, die Stühle am Esstisch und der Esstisch(Campingtisch) im Wohnzimmer klebten . Man mochte sie nicht anfassen. Die Küchenschränke und Küchenutensilien klebten auch. Gläser gab es keine. Es war alles ziemlich dreckig und klebrig. Wir hatten uns Plastikbesteck und Becher gekauft. Die Lage ist nicht schlecht aber die Sauberkeit und Einrichtung selber ist nicht gut. Es gibt keine Hacken an den Badwänden etc. Das WC war aber sauber. Dusche ging so.
