Sunny Home near Borgata & Marina

Clean and modern house with a very central location! super comfortable beds and each room has AC. The beach/boardwalk is 8 min. walk / 3 min. Uber ride. The convention center is even closer. My block is super quiet, I have a huge private yard, perfect for playing or having your dogs run around (not fenced).

I purchased this as a second home for my family to have a retreat in Atlantic City, we fully renovated the house and its bathrooms.

The space includes 3 bedrooms, a kitchen, family room.

Bedroom 1: 1 queen-sized bed
Bedroom 2: 1 queen-sized bed
Bedroom 3: 2 full-sized bed
Common Space: 1 Large queen sleeper sofa

Our driveway has room for 2 cars, and the street in front and side of the house has room for an additional 4-5 cars. My block isn't busy or noisy at all, so there is always tons of parking space available.

You're a 3min drive or 9 - 8min walk from the Atlantic City Beach/Boardwalk, as well as the Convention Center, Shops, and Restaurants.

You will have access to the entire house!
