Front desk agent was very unprofessional. After making us try to come up with 40 more dollars in cash at the desk. My wife and I ended up not being able to stay in the room at all. And my credit card was still charged by Expedia. And the hotel itself just tried to charge my card again for a $100. Fraud

The place is very dirty I have to keep my slippers on in the rooms my feet were black. I got a smoke free room and the room smell like smoke I woke up with my eyes swollen because I’m allergic to cigarettes and he refuse to change the room. I got there and wasn’t aware I had to put cash down payment, I hardly have cash on me. My aunt and I was staying for the weekend she was 30mins away I couldn’t check in without until she got there so she could give me the cash, and yes he also has my card on file. The worst thing I want to pee so bad I travelled 3 hours, I ask to use the restroom he said he can’t help me I have to check in. There’s no block out curtains so I couldn’t sleep went back to him the morning and ask if he have anything I can put at the window he said I should take my sheet off and use it because he can’t help me

Got charged a 40 dollar deposit and card on file for any damages in the room. When we get our room, there's urine on the walls, the handle of the bathroom is broken, rust on top of the fridge, the sheets were dirty, the furniture seen better days. The carpet was stained and if you walked on it your feet got dirty. And we got a non smoking room but it smelled like weed. We checked in on saturday, we were supposed to stay overnight, but my family and I did not want to sleep there. Ended up checking out after returning and drove 4 hours back home. If I could add photos I would. I took several incase we got accused of it.

Horrible people and hotel

This place was horrible. The people there were very nasty, I'm disabled and I booked the room and paid for it in advance..they said I couldn't stay because I didn't have proper ID, no drivers license, I do not drive.i have two things with my picture and my age, I got there at 2pm my check in time was 3pm so I asked for a chair so I could wait for them..she yelled at me and said leave the property and come back later. I had no choice but to go back, that's when he wouldn't take my ID, so I got mad because he was going on and on I said to him shut up we had an argument and he said to me F U get out..I was pissed cause they didn't give me my money back to get another hotel. I had to take it out of pocket and it ruined my trip ...please find something else...they are horrible people

Anniversary trip

I booked the jacuzzi room, first glance the hotel looked nice from outside. Inside is a different story! There wasn’t any bugs but it was filthy and ridden with panhandling outside. We didn’t use the jacuzzi tub because of the filth. Pay the extra money for a different hotel.

Stained tub and sheets. Tv difficult to operate. Cigarette butts covered the staircase and hallway. Your company should truly consider removing this hotel from your listing. My wife and I trusted the hotel because it was one that was endorsed by hotels.com. We now realize trusting the site was a mistake. To add insult to injury 5 hours after checkout we received a phone call accusing us of stealing a pillow. My wife was informed that the credit card would be charged 20.00. How much money can be accumulated after doing this to hundreds of customers?

Upon arriving at the hotel, the clerk was very unfriendly. When we checked into our room, the room had an odor, the floors were unvaccuumed, the bathtub was filthy, mirrors were dirty, the walls looked as if someone urined or deficated on them, there was mold all around the ceilings, and the beds were not properly made. There was no breakfast lobby either. I asked for extra towels the same clerk that checked me in said he was unable to get any for me. I had 2 towels for 3 people to shower! One roll of TP for 4 days and it was dollar store brand. It was the worst experience I ever had. When asked if i could get a different room I was told no and when i asked if there was any other accommodations they could give me i was also told no. I would like to receive some type of refund for this horrible experience.

I booked there requested new sheets upon arrival because of the dirty and stained bed. When checking for cleanliness you’re more than likely to find burgundy blood spots on your sheets/ bed. One can only wonder how many bed bugs that place has had. The guy at the check in was very cool though. He tried his best with what he was dealing with. Besides that I wouldn’t book here again even for a last minute stay

When we checked in, we had a uhaul truck and they wouldnt let us park it in their parking lot. Then our truck broke down and they complained that we were fixing it in their parking lot. Rude people!!!! We will never stay there again!!

There’s bugs. It cheap and ok if you no choice but I won’t be staying again. All the hotel rooms in this area have routes so you can’t really get away from them, but there was not many roaches. I don’t know what the bug was, but it was not a bedbug either that I texted the mattresses in both of the rooms that I stayed in the first room the microwave Was broken and I turned it on, and I could see inside of it from the side.
