Two expansive private balconies—one on the second floor and another on the third, both perfectly positioned to overlook the water. The open, airy layout features a large living room ideal for relaxing or gathering with family and friends, a dedicated dining area, and a modern kitchen with quartz countertops. The kitchen includes all major appliances, glassware, and cookware. The home comfortably accommodates guests across three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, making it ideal for families, couples, or small groups. A pull out couch and an extra queen size air mattress is included with the stay for larger groups. You're just three short blocks from the beach, giving you easy access to sun, sand, and surf.

The main entrance is on the second floor at the front of the home. Back entrance is on the staircase up from the driveway. Guests may access both second and third floors. The first floor is reserved for long term tenants and is not accessible to guests.
