!!!!! UPGRADES FOR SUMMER 2026 !!!!!
We've replaced all the furniture in both downstairs bedrooms, with one room having a mid-century modern look with new dressers & queen platform bed/headboard, while the other bedroom now has twin/full bunk beds.

The family bedroom upstairs has a 50-inch OLED TV, purchased with gaming in mind, so bring your PS5, Xbox, Switch, Sega Genesis, Atari, or whatever console & keep the kids out of your hair, lol.

PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
Our family-friendly home is only 2 short blocks from a quiet life-guarded beach on the north end of the island. It's fully-furnished to sleep 12 people and can accommodate up to 2 dogs.

There is a large playground with a jungle gym, basketball hoops & soccer field across the street from our home, so it's a lot easier to keep the kids occupied & supervised from the comfort of our front porch (with a beverage in hand, of course!).

The Brigantine Links 18-hole golf course is less than a 5-minute drive.

The 1st floor bathroom has a wide entry with a walk-in shower complete with safety bars.

WE DO NOT PROVIDE LINENS AND TOWELS. LINEN SERVICE AVAILABLE.

- Central air conditioning (fans also in case you want to circulate the air or not use the A/C)

- Shed has beach supplies (chairs, caddy, some sand castle toys), sports equipment & grill supplies (charcoal grill, lighter fluid, chimney starter & an electric lighter)

PET FRIENDLY
Your well-behaved pets (up to 2) are permitted to vacation here with you & enjoy the fenced-in yard. There is an extra fee for this privilege ($150 per week). We have a large fenced-in backyard allowing your dog plenty of room to run and play and be happy. Brigantine also has a dog park off 38th St.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash

- All 6 beach tags are in the kitchen (summer rentals) - Leave one key in lock-box & other keys on hooks in front hall - Awning & umbrellas closed
- All food removed from fridge/freezer - Coffee maker emptied & cleaned - Last-minute dishes washed by hand and placed in the drying rack (dishwasher should be empty)
- All pet waste and pet hair/dander removed from house & yard - All trash/recycling bagged and placed in bins in backyard - Sign out of your streaming accounts on all televisions
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Within 48 hours guest must send photo of ID and talk with the owner via inbox. If not, the booking is subject to cancellation. No parties allowed.
MULTI-WEEK RENTALS: (1) Pet fee is $75 each additional week, and (2) a cleaning is required every other week at a charge of $125 per cleaning.

We absolutely loved our stay in this home. It was incredible clean, comfortable and just perfect for our family. So thankful we didn’t need to bring a lot, because the owners provided so much. The yard was enjoyed by all of us as well as the play area across the street. One of the most important perks; not only was the beach close, it wasn’t crowded; even in mid July. It’s quiet in North Brigantine and we love it. Hopefully the brothers allow us to stay again.

Family Thanksgiving

Our family enjoyed our Thanksgiving in Brigantine. The house is spacious and had everything we needed. While we were there offseason I think this would be a great place for the summer - lots of outdoor space. The hosts responded very quickly and answered all of our questions. Would highly recommend.
