La réceptionniste a essayé de nous soutirer 19 euros en prétendant que les petits déjeuners étaient en supplément, après et "longue vérification" (j'avais moi même accès au prétendu code de réservation), il s'est avéré que le règlement avait été effectué dès la réservation ; sans un mot d'excuse, sans même rougir de cette tentative d'escroquerie, la réceptionniste a argué d'une erreur commise par son "collègue". Je vous invite à tenter l'expérience auprès de cet établissement dont la procédure semble usuelle.
