Basically clean except two of the towels. Building is SO old and you can hear the highway from the room. The water from the faucet was so loud it seemed like a train was coming down the tracks. Lobby was super dated. Think updated motel 6 that is only good if you’re totally out of options on a game weekend.

From an appearance perspective, the hotel was newly remodeled, and clean. Unfortunately, the previous tenant smoked marijuana in the room, and because it was a window AC unit, there was no getting rid of the smell, even after they sprayed spray. In addition, my husband killed a cockroach. Lastly, the mattress was very loud, and so was the toilet. I’ve never heard a toilet flush as loud as this one. For the price, it wasn’t worth the stay. If the price was 1/2 what it was, I could tolerate the other things for 1 night.

It was ok. I’d give it a 75% on the cleanliness. It did have a mildew smell when you walk in. I did go buy Lysol and sprayed the room down. But it’s cheap and close to the game. Especially when every other hotel is charging 500-700 a night.

Location is easy to get to, price is good. Room was clean minus the comforter had dingy spots, bed super uncomfortable. Packing up to leave and a roach was under our clothes see picture below. Suggestions bring a fan walls are super thin not insulated you hear everything. Only other suggestion would beHK check comforters throughly, and better pillows instead of standard small pillows on a king bed try using king pillows.

The place was good and we liked it but the only thing I don’t like is the doors opening to the outside! I had rather be inside it and not worry but the area is great and it was booked solid and not bad at all.
