The Space:

Step into a condo that was designed to make you feel taken care of. Guests often remark that they could live here, and that was the idea! The living room features two leather reclining sofas, a beautiful rug, and a large flat screen TV, designed to be your kind of space. The kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops, excellent appliances, and everything you need for a real home-cooked meal. The bedroom is anchored by a king bed beneath a stunning crystal chandelier, with a queen murphy bed available for additional guests in the living room. Every detail was chosen with your comfort in mind.



Guest Access:

You have access to the entire unit. You'll use the code you provide upon confirmation to let yourself in. Instructions for using the door lock will be sent after confirmation.



The Neighborhood:

The Brookes sits directly across the street from the Auburn University College of Veterinary Medicine, making it the go-to stay for vet school families, students, and professionals. In fact, our first guest at this property was a visiting professor from the Auburn Vet School! You're just minutes by car from Auburn's best dining, coffee, and shopping, and a short drive from Jordan-Hare Stadium on gameday. The Brookes community itself is quiet, well-maintained, and features a fantastic pool directly adjacent to this unit. Whether you're here for a weekend game or a three-month rotation, this puts you exactly where you need to be.



Getting Around:

This condo offers convenient access to transportation options. Tiger Transit provides regular service throughout the week, making it easy to get around. For those who prefer a more active approach, a walk or bike ride to campus is also a great option. Free parking is available directly in front of the condo for guests who prefer to drive.



Other Things to Note:

This is a strict non-smoking property. Smoking within the unit will automatically result in a fine.

Baby equipment is available for rent. Please message after booking so that we can connect you to a trusted provider from BabyQuip.



Guests are allowed one pet under 40 pounds. A pet fee will be applied.



The complex should be generally quiet. If there are late parties or noise disturbances please report them to me.



The TV in the living room only works when the light switch by the door is turned on.



Please be aware that this is a pet-friendly property. Pets include cats. The property is thoroughly cleaned after each stay. A standard $150 Pet fees may be applied to your booking.
