Driving in, the property looked old and unkept. The landscaping seemed as if it hadn't been take care of recently. The sign was dingy and there was no marque. Entering, I rang the bell to have staff open the laundry room door come out, not fully knowing how to access check in. The breakfast area reminded me of a Motel6, which probably puts out boxes of cereal and gallon of milk. No appealing.

The staff are nice and helpful. The location is good. We stayed for 1 night after a football game. Technically the room was clean but needs a remodel. There are so many things that need to be updated. The huge mirror shins the headboard, the 5 foot fluorescent light over the bed for a lamp, oxidized tissue holder. It is budget friendly.
