Parking limitation of 2 cars maximum. Extra cars need host approval. Respect guests privacy in 'Little Barn'. Drive slow deaf child at play.
Strictly No animals allowed on property or in house including service animals. $500 Pet dander cleaning services will be taken from deposit.
No smoking, drugs, candles and parties/events allowed. Rental agreement and $1000 refundable security deposit required for all bookings.
