arnaque

Quand nous sommes arrivés sur place il n'y avait pas d'accueuil mais hotel.com demandait d'appeler un numéro pour obtenir le code d'un casier où récupérer nos clefs. Nous avons appelé mais la personne en ligne nous a dit ne rien avoir à notre nom.... nous avons donc été volés d'une nuit d'hotel. Impossible de joindre hotel.com au telephone puisque nous n'avons pas de forfait telephonique international. Nous leur avons envoyé un mail mais à ce jour... pas de réponse. Nous porterons plainte en rentrant.
