Good location - easy walk to Ponsonby and CBD. Very small unit on the ground floor which had a quite confined layout and didn’t get much actual daylight at all.

Very friendly helpful staff. Our upstairs room was light and airy and it was good to be able to open the windows. The view was great and the sun poured in early morning. A friend had a health incident while trying to visit my husband and the staff were very helpful in msnaging a crisis.

Check in was a breeze. The hotel is in a fantastic location, a short walk to everything Ponsonby has to offer. The room itself was small but had everything the 4 of us required. The only issue we had was a front door that was very hard to open, so much so our 13 year old couldn’t open it. Gotta love free parking and the 1 min drive to get on the motorway north. We will be back!

I appreciate that the staff/management are agreeable and considerate people, and my stay went well without any issues. Parking is on site, and location is very good. Rooms are spacious as well, with areas to smoke in the hallways and balconies!

Property is conveniently located and priced decently, the 1 bedroom rooms had sufficient space for 3 to 4 persons. The balcony offers a clear view of the Sky Tower as well!
