The house faces east over the protected and pristine waters of the Manukau Harbour, with Auckland city visible on the far horizon.
The home sleeps up to 16 across spacious upstairs and downstairs living. Two generous lounges open onto a wraparound verandah, the dining room seats 10 around a solid timber table, and a fully equipped granite kitchen makes group cooking easy.
Bedrooms are light and comfortable with fresh white linen, Wake to sunrise over the water, watch the tide turn from the deck, and end the day under a sky that runs from gold to violet.
The beach is yours. A short walk down the steps leads to sheltered, moss-rimmed coves and clear water — perfect for swimming, fishing, kayaking, or simply walking the shoreline. On most days you'll have the sand to yourselves.
