● Downstairs: 2 bedrooms + 1 bathroom (*available for groups over 6 guests*)
With beautiful sea views and just a minute’s walk to the beach, this peaceful retreat is the ideal place to relax, unwind, and enjoy time with family or friends.

Guest Access
Access to the space depends on the number of guests in your booking:
● For groups of 6 guests or fewer, you’ll have access to the upstairs level only. This includes 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living area, a private backyard patio with BBQ and a 4-in-1 multi-game: table size: 137L×67W×86H (cm)— perfect for smaller families or groups.
● For groups of 7 or more, the entire house will be available, including the downstairs level with an additional 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom —offering plenty of space for everyone.
The property includes private access to the beachfront just steps away from the front door, making it easy to enjoy the beach at any time. A fully equipped kitchen, and outdoor patio area are available for your use, offering plenty of options for cooking, entertaining, or relaxing with family and friends.

We have a camera located at the entrance/driveway/backyard of the house for your safety and property security.
During your stay at this vacation home, you'll be close to Waipipi Bird Park. You'll find features like laundry facilities. A kitchen and 2.5 bathrooms are available in the vacation home.

We were a group of friends looking for a weekend out somewhere. This property is great and cosy. The outdoor area was amazing as well to hang out, and the beach is right in front of the house! The host was very helpful and responsive, will recommend this!

This is a remarkable gem of a house that I know we will return to again. Located in a very quiet little community the views are stunning - and the walks to the different beaches and through the bush are great. The back deck is a wonderful little sun trap - sheltered from the wind. The house itself is GREAT for a group - 6 bedrooms with very comfortable beds, great linen and very clean. Two big bathrooms and an extra toilet - spaciousk itchen and lounge. The photos don’t do it justice. Highly recommend.
