Wooden floors run through the home, and bi-fold doors open the kitchen and living area to outdoor spaces with sea views. The wood-burning fire makes the home comfortable year-round, and the layout is simple and practical.
The main house opens to a partially covered seaside deck with a large dining table, outdoor seating, and windows framing the view is a relaxed spot for meals, reading, or time in the sun. Inside, everything is fresh and thoughtfully arranged for holiday living. The main bedroom includes reverse cycle aircon and heating plus a desk for guests who may need to work, and the kitchen is well equipped for everyday cooking.
There is a new BBQ as of April 2026, making outdoor dining and entertaining even easier.

The Neighborhood:
Bluebelle sits above Huruhi Bay, directly across the road from the calm shoreline and coastal walkway. This part of the island feels quiet and residential, with a relaxed pace that stays peaceful even during the busier summer months. The bay is well suited to low tide walks, paddleboarding, and quiet moments by the water.
Oneroa Village is an easy walk away and is the main hub of the island, offering cafés, bakeries, shops, and dining options throughout the day. For breakfast or coffee, Akito Café is known for its modern, plant focused menu and consistently good coffee, while Wai Kitchen is a popular choice for brunch and daytime plates with views across Oneroa Bay.
Lunch options in the village include Solar Eating House, which offers a relaxed all day menu in a sunny garden setting, and Fenice, which also works well for casual daytime dining. In the evening, The Oyster Inn is a lively option for coastal dishes and shared plates, while Fenice remains a reliable choice for relaxed Italian favourites.
Several well known vineyards are close by. Mudbrick Vineyard and Cable Bay Vineyards are both a short drive away and offer tastings, bistro style dining, and views across the Hauraki Gulf. For something more casual, The Heke is also nearby and is known for wood fired dishes, local beer, and a lively garden setting.
With Huruhi Bay just across the road and Oneroa Village close at hand, Bluebelle offers a well balanced base for guests wanting coastal calm without being far from shops, food, and ferry connections.
