Nice big rooms, clean and tidy with plenty of light during the day. Quiet and good quality blockout curtains at night. Only complaints that the bed was really hard. I like a firm bed, but this was next level. Could do with a topper pad

The grounds were very unkept and in poor condition. The smell from the restaurant was not nice. An outside door to the carpark was jammed. But the room was good and very clean and comfortable. Face cloths and an extra towel would have been nice. Also we had a missing curtain. The location was perfect. If you want a clean room in a good location, then this is ok in a budget. You just have to turn a blind eye to everything else.

Value for money was excellent. Very handy position. Plenty of parking. An elevator was a bonus. Comfortable bed. No cutlery or dishes but we’re supplied when requested. Very pleased and would recommend.

Could have some cutlery & more than one coffee cup and only 1 tea cup. Didn’t have any glasses or face clothes either. Wouldn't take a lot to be done to lift their star rating. Why weren’t the pillowcases changed between guests ? Place has so much potential. Being managed/run by Asians doesn’t help as they don’t really know what Kiwis expect or want.
