Out booking was cancelled the day we err suppose to check in. We needed to ring to arrange check in and were not contacted by phone. Instead by txt to inform us the property was not available. They organised an upgrade for us which was a lovely property but not very clean and quite a way from the city. Overall we enjoyed our stay but could have done without the extra stress.
