The Space:
The apartment is bright and sunny, designed with comfort and ease in mind. There’s a full kitchen, a brand-new bathroom, and a comfortable lounge area with Smart TV, Wi-Fi, and premium linen, every detail considered for an easy stay.
You’re close to Waiheke’s best-known vineyards and restaurants, with beaches, walks, and golf all within a short drive. After a day out, you can cook at home, pour a glass of something local, and enjoy the stillness of the property as the light fades over the bay.
The property sits down a long gravel road from the main road, private, quiet, and part of what makes it feel like a true escape.

Guest Access:
You’ll have private access to the entire apartment for the duration of your stay. The space is self-contained with its own kitchen, bathroom, and living area. On-site parking is provided, and the property is reached via a gravel driveway leading from the main road.
Check-in is from 2:00 pm, and check-out is by 10:30 am. Early check-ins or late check-outs may be available for a small additional fee, depending on bookings.
The Neighborhood:
Grab a coffee from The Island Grocer, or stop by AkiTō Deli for something fresh from the counter. For lunch, Arcadia Café in Palm Beach is an easy local favourite. Dinner’s best at Fenice in Oneroa Village, or try The Oyster Inn for something more refined with a view of the bay.
If you’re in the mood for a little shopping, Oneroa Village has boutique stores and galleries to wander. The Tailor and His Lover for designer pieces, Body & Soul for island wear, and Timmy Smith for jewellery and small gifts. You can also stop by The Island Grocer for local produce, cheeses, and Waiheke wines to take back to the apartment.
A short drive brings you to the vineyards of Mudbrick, Cable Bay, and Tantalus Estate, each known for their wine tastings and long lunches. For a more casual evening, The Heke Kitchen, Brewery & Distillery is a local favourite, open-air dining, craft beer, and a live DJ on Friday afternoons through summer.
Getting Around:
Getting around from Fairview Apartment is easy. The nearest bus stop is about a minute’s walk away, with regular routes running between the Matiatia ferry terminal, Oneroa Village, and Onetangi Beach. The main route passes through Vineyard Valley, stopping right outside many of the island’s top wineries and The Heke Kitchen, Brewery & Distillery, where Fridays often end with music, craft beer, and open-air dining.
