THE ROOM HAD OLD FASHIONED SASH WINDOWS THAT OPENED TO LID IN OUTSIDE AIR. UNFORTUNATELY THERE WAS A MAIN ROAD ON THE SIDE OUR ROOM THAT HAD SOME RATHER LOUD TRUCKS. IT DID HAVE A VERY GOOD AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM THAT KEPT US COOL DURING THE NIGHT. A GOOD SIZE ROOM WITH HIGH CEILING AND VERY CLEAN.

Clean renovated room in a quiet neighborhood. Basic furnishing. Very kind and helpful staff. Some mildew is starting to show inside and around the shower cabin; also, the cooking smell all over the hotel is a bit annoying but that's ok as long as it doesn't reach the rooms. Nice stay. Thank you 😊

I stayed in a studio queen room and it was tidy and clean room and the aircon worked which was great with the heat we are having! Nothing special but good value for money for one night stay in the Auckland CBD. Pillows and bed were comfortable. The TV on the wall was slightly hidden by the placement of the small wardrobe.

Was in Auckland for a one week conference. Perfectly adequate spot for that. Bathroom is a bit weird but functional. Reception and hallways have a very strong smell of curry non stop, but thankfully it did not get into the room. Reception hours are limited, and you only get one key per room.
