We would like to welcome you to our studio apartment unit inside the prestigious CityLife Hotel. We strictly clean and sanitize our studio for your safety and comfort.
The space
The unit has a great view and not blocked from neighbouring building. It's a nice choice if I may say. The building is between Queen Street and Albert Street and a little bit secluded so, more quiet than you would expect. The main entry is in Durham Street West. and can also be accessed through 171 Queen Street, Auckland CBD. The room is clean and tidy, with a bed that can be arranged into 2 single beds. All linens and towels are provided. You also have a Bluetooth/FM alarm clock so you can just simply connect your mobile and enjoy your very own music. There is a 32" flat screen TV which is connected to Sky TV. We provide all the essentials enough for the length of your stay.

This hotel unit is strictly non-smoking area. Guest who are caught will pay a penalty charged by the Body Corporate.
Guest access
The unit is in the heart of Auckland CBD in saying everything is just walking distance away. Wilson parking is just across the building for your convenience. There are plenty of restaurants and food shops in the area like Japanese, Korean, Mexican restaurants, etc. It's close to the iconic Sky tower, casino, Mt. Eden park, AUT, train station, the port, supermarkets, pharmacy, and different signature shops - all are just under 10mins. walk.

Great place to stay for 1-2 people. The location downtown was perfect for being able to walk everywhere or get a ride when needed. Lots of shopping and easily accessible to everything downtown.

This location really is at the heart of downtown. A short walk to a bus station, train station and ferry dock. Lots of cafes and resultants near by as well.

Great location

In addition to a great central location where we could walk to everything, this was a comfortable unit in a nice hotel. The bed was the best part - even more comfortable than my own. We had wonderful sleeps. And, despite the fact that it’s in the middle of the city, it was very quiet. We really enjoyed it.

We really enjoyed our stay, It was a great pied-à-terre for short trips outside of Auckland and a great location for walking to all the sites we wanted to visit. The king bed was very comfortable and everything was there when we wanted to snack or breakfast. We used the fitness area, both the equipment and the pool.

Great stay

This property is right in the heart of the CBD in Auckland. Only a few blocks from the SkyTower and the BritoMart wharf area. We walked everywhere with no issues. Well appointed and clean. The bed was very comfortable! Kym’s communication was great. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic location in Auckland

We enjoyed the location, cleanliness, neighbourhood Of this lovely suite in Auckland. We walked everywhere. It was less than a 10 minute walk to the wharf to take ferries to wear hickey island and Devonport. It was clean and well appointed and we would definitely recommend it for two people wanting to see the sites in Auckland.

Easy, great location, responsive host

Mini market was accomodating and friendly in looking after our stuff, and conveniently placed right outside. Good shower, comfortable bed, good air con, relatively quiet. Overall, small but clean, functional and comfortable. Good comms from host. Free swimming pool was a nice way to relax. We stayed for 3 nights and plan to book again at the end of the month when we're back in Aukland for the return flight.

Very well located and good value for your money

The suite is located at the CityLife property, so there are apartments that belongs to the hotel and some that are private owned, such as this one. It makes the location very secure as there are 24/7 reception and security for the hotel. The suite was simple, but equipped with all you need for a trip. Good value for money. Kym was very attentive and responding fast. I would stay again!!!
