Summary:
Headland Views is a beautifully renovated coastal home set above Waiheke’s northern bays, with sea views, light-filled interiors, generous indoor-outdoor living, and Oneroa Village within walking distance. With three bedrooms, two living areas, full air-conditioning, and sunny outdoor spaces, it is an easy island base for families or friends wanting comfort, views, and close access to beaches, cafés, galleries, and dining.
The Space:
Headland Views is a contemporary coastal home designed for relaxed island living. Set in an elevated Oneroa position, the home captures sea views, natural light, and fresh coastal air across two well-planned levels.
On the entry level is the open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area forms the main gathering space. Large bi-fold doors open to a sunny deck, creating an easy flow between inside and out. This is the natural heart of the home, ideal for morning coffee with sea views, long lunches in the breeze, or relaxed evenings after a day exploring Waiheke.
The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and everything needed for laid-back holiday cooking. A separate laundry and powder room add extra convenience for longer stays.
Two queen bedrooms are located on the entry level, along with a stylish full bathroom. This layout works well for families, couples, or friends travelling together, with comfortable shared spaces and room to spread out.
Upstairs, the master suite feels like a private retreat. It has a king bed, private ensuite, second lounge area, and a small deck capturing elevated coastal views. This upper level gives guests a quiet space to read, relax, or recharge away from the main living area.
Large windows on both levels bring in natural light and frame views across the water and surrounding hillsides. For year-round comfort, the home is fully air-conditioned, with a dedicated system downstairs and a separate unit in the master suite, supported by additional built-in and stand-alone Dyson fans throughout.
Headland Views is well suited to guests wanting a polished, comfortable coastal home close to Oneroa Village, beaches, restaurants, vineyards, and ferry connections.

For a classic Waiheke vineyard experience, Mudbrick and Cable Bay are a short drive away, offering wine tastings, long lunches, dinners, and beautiful views back toward the city.

Other Things to Note:
This is a self-catered holiday home, not a fully catered stay. We provide a starter supply of essentials such as toilet paper, coffee, tea, and milk to help you settle in on arrival. Once these starter items have been used, guests are responsible for purchasing any additional supplies needed during their stay.
Beach towels are only provided at properties with a spa or pool. Guests staying at properties without a spa or pool will need to bring their own beach towels.
The property uses rainwater tanks, so guests are asked to use water thoughtfully, especially during the drier summer months.
For year-round comfort, the home is fully air-conditioned, with a dedicated system downstairs and a separate unit in the master suite, supported by additional built-in and stand-alone Dyson fans throughout.
Minimum stays may apply during peak periods, including:
