Aircon in room 108 didn’t work and room was extremely hot and spa was noisy(not relaxing) Otherwise staff were amazing and happy to help out in anyway. Exchange library awesome, same with laundry.

Only had a one night stay before our flight, but with all the people coming & going, the place was very quiet, loved the pool & hot spa, the closeness to the airport. Also, liked the guest laundry area where I could wash & dry my own clothes. Restaurant prices were a bit expensive though. Overall, 4 stars :).

If you need to call the hitel from the airport look for the desk and people with blue vests. The free ohone to the hotel. Pick up was quick. Chrck in was a breeze and check out was just as easy. I was able to reserve a ride to the airport easily. Food in the restaurant for dinner and breakfast is yum.

Most amazing room-view of city made two exhausted travelers stay up to look at it; the room is epically over the top indulgence and minimalist beauty. Could live in it. More of an apartment than hotel room.

Hotel near airport

Convenient location near the airport. There isnt much food options but we were able to make it work. It's about a 25 minute drive to the city of Auckland with plenty to do once you get there. I would recommend staying here if you want to be close to the airport.

My wife and I stayed here as we were flying out early the next morning. There free shuttle service from the airport was excellent. We ate at the restaurant and were impressed with the quality of our dinners. In short, it’s a good place to stay, we plan to twice more in the next month.

Great short stay

Short overnight stay after late night flight arrival. Check in was fast and friendly. The room spacious, clean and comfortable and we had a great night's sleep. Good value for money too.
