Fabulous location, great rooms, loved the spaciousness so we could spread our suitcases out. Lovely and clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. We also used the valet parking which was a great service and very safe.

The bed was terrible. It was caved in in the middle, the water was cold even with the hot tap on full max. There was no car parking even tho it’s said online there was car parks. They decided not to charge our room untill after we checked out which was very strange because I thought I was already paid when we checked in. Will never return again

The roof top pool & spa was nice. Everything else was average. Weird smelling rooms, nothing seems to be updated since the 80s and the $200 bond system was odd and no mention of it at booking. Would suggest bringing $200 cash to use as the bond as it is inconvenient waiting for room service to check the room.

Large space for our family of 4 but the smell of cleaning solution was strong. We opened all the windows our first night. Awesome outdoor heated pool and hot tub. The sauna was dated but good enough. Close to all the sites and helpful staff. I booked an Expedia package with flight and hotel. I should’ve looked more carefully as I would’ve wanted a slightly nicer hotel to land into.
