The staff were exceptionally friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is very clean and modern. We were on the 11th floor so had an amazing view over the harbour and bridge plus the sky tower which was wonderful at night. The hotel is within easy walking distance of the tower and downtown shopping. We would highly recommended this hotel and would definitely stay again.

The property is centrally located - an easy walk to shopping, restaurants, museums, points of interest. Right across the street from the Sky Tower, The restaurant is good, with great service. Parking is off-site, but there are several parking facilities in the same block - not an issue.

We could see SKY Tower from our window. The shower was a beautiful tiled walkin. Comfortable beds. I will recommend to friends if they are coming to Auckland

A Super Comfortable Stay

We were 2 couples in Auckland for the SailGP from the Hibiscus Coast. The Hotel is well presented, a beautiful fragrance greets you as you walk into reception. A few issues with the parking arrangements for us so we opted for the Sky City Car Park, a short stroll away. The rooms are spacious and nicely appointed with plenty of storage room. We were on the 9th floor so quite a nice view of the Harbour. The bathroom is spacious with great water pressure and a lovely big walk in shower. A king size bed and pillow choice gave us a great nights sleep. We did not partake in dining or breakfast so no comments there. But did use the in room coffee and tea making facilities. Overall a great stay, it represented great value and we would def book there again.

Nice rooms and check in staff were great. Close to Sky city and other attractions. Breakfast options in the restaurant were very limited and the egg cook was not a people person. Shower was terrible, no pressure and warm water lasted about 5 minutes.
