Fantastic location, very clean, friendly. Only the bar staff let the team down. They looked very uninspired and when they told us a particular beer wasn’t available you could hear the full stop at the end of the sentence. A warmer reception and an alternative suggestion would have made the rating a 5 out of 5.

Female, age 60s, travelling alone. Good location, breakfast was tasty, room was spotless, bed and pillows comfortable all amenities, except for snacks in room, including shampoo and conditioner. Has an in room mini fridge too. Friendly and helpful staff. Decent and very roomy shower, plenty of towels. Particularly liked option for eco clean. 15 -20 min walk uphill from main train station from airport. Can also log into netflix, sky etc.

I had a great stay the staff were accomodating the manager and the staff that helped when I had payment issues went above and beyond! I checked in on Monday 8th December after 4pm they were two woman and I wish I could remember their names but I had a great time! Rooms were clean everything was great!

The biggest issue is the parking. Despite charging for parking, they don’t actually have any. You have to park at a nearby parking structure in a completely separate building and then walk back to the hotel. If you have heavy luggage, it’s a big problem. When we brought this up at the reception, the guy told us we were “just having a bad day,” which felt very unprofessional. The second major issue is that they only give you one room key. Because of the parking situation, my boyfriend unloaded all the luggage and I took it upstairs. While he went to park and walked back, he found out that the main door to the hotel locks automatically and you can’t get in without the key. Obviously, I had it with me to open the room. You also need the key to use the elevator. In the morning, if one person goes to breakfast, the other can’t go anywhere in the elevator without the key. Very inconvenient. The room itself is also small—you can’t even open a suitcase properly without blocking the walkway to the bathroom. The only good thing was the breakfast, which was very nice but not included.

The staff were amazing and so accommodating. A special thanks to Tegan, Levi and Clarissa who helped us with a late check out, amongst other things. Location was excellent and the bed very comfortable.
