Awesome vicinity, great unit!

This unit was fabulous. A very short walk to Queen Street, the Main Street in Auckland. We were on the 14th floor which therefore afforded views of the construction going on around. Very entertaining. Although the actual unit was a little tired, the beds were super comfy, linen fresh and clean, the kitchen fully equipped, bathroom adequate and the cost was awesome. Even included a free car park. We would definitely recommend this unit. So close to the city life!

Place is in a great part of town

Place is near the rough diamond that is K road. Uber down waterfront is quick so not far if you have a function down that part of town too. Generally clean and functional, nothing too fancy and it is a little tired but at the price that is to be expected.

Horrible

The room was filthy. The room wasnt cleaned. There were no clean towels or linen. And no toilet paper. There was rubbish around the floor and dirty plates and food scraps all over the sink and stove top. It said no smoking but there was a lighter in the lounge room and the room smelt bad. When we finally got through to the contact number they asked us to email photos of the room, which we did. But nothing was done.

City hotel

This apartment was nicely positioned and had free car parking but lacked some comforts, wi-fi did not work for us, very limited toilet roll, no tea bags and no light found for kitchen work surface, things we would have expected, the dishwasher also needed emptying . However overall was good value and good communication, I would stay elsewhere next time or arrive better equipped !

APARTMENT VERY GOOD

THE WORST EXPERIENCE WE HAVE HAD. IF I PERSONAL KNEW ANYONE DEALING WITH THE FIRM COVERING THEIR RENTAL I WOULD SUGGEST THEY CHANGE FIRMS. ONE KEY SUPPLIED, FOR UNIT,REQUIRED TO BE USED TO ENTER AND USE THE LIFT. NOTHING SUPPLIED TO EXIT WITH THE CAR A MAINTENANCE WORKER HAD TO LET US OUT. WE HAD TO PLACE SUITCASE IN THE LIFT AFTER WE HAD SET IT WITH THE KEY AND RETURN IT TO UNIT.

Average room

Got messed around with getting the key to the room, supposed to be able to pick up from 2.30, didn’t get keys until after 9pm. Poor communication around this. Room had no air conditioning, so was hot and stuffy and had to sleep in the lounge on pullout couch with all windows open. A lot of inner city/ construction noise. wouldn’t stay there again.
