The most disappointing thing about this place was the bathroom facilities. There was mould everywhere in the shower - up the walls, on the ceiling. The shower curtain looked liked it hadn't been changed in decades...it was scary to touch. The place also smelled of cigarettes....not very pleasant. While it is a hostel, I have certainly stayed in better hostels both in Auckland and major cities around the world. By far the worst hostel I have stayed in.

Convenient basic accomodation

Provided you are not expecting anything other than basic backpacker style accomodation this will not disappoint. Be aware however that there can be significant noise from the adjacent night spots late into the night on a weekend.

Convenient, Friendly service.

Loved the service, nice smooth fast transaction & transitioning to receive our room. Comfortable double bed. Convenience was great, nice & close to watch Eric Benet and the hype of Karangahape road.
