accommodation was good but tried to get in on same day as Christmas parade so google maps was trying get us to drive through car parks to get there. Your signage should be bigger as had problems picking it up from the road in the heavy rain we were experiencing at the time.

Perfect accommodation for a brief stopover from a very late flight arrival. The staff made the middle of the night arrival perfectly convenient to get situated and rested before heading out on an adventure the next day. It was exactly what we needed.

The room looked like it had just been redone. The bathroom was modern and lovely. Plenty of room and hot water. The bed very comfortable and the room clean. It was easy to get in and out of and easy to find. The staff seamed nice, but I had little interaction.

I booked this property because of the excellent rating On arrival, was handed the key and told to walk down a flight of narrow stairs with my 30kg suitcase Walking through the hallway, it smelt quite damp and there was a strong smell of cleaning product (like a bleach smell) The room itself was clean, but very small and felt a bit claustrophobic Within 10 minutes of arriving we ended up leaving and booking a new motel as the smells from the hallway and the spice house next door were making me nauseas. I explained the situation to the desk, no refund/or partial refund was offered

Comfort in Papatoetoe

Great value Comfortable accommodation in Papatoetoe. However, would prefer to clean my own dishes as the quality of this was a bit lacking. The sheets were a bit small for the bed and ended up remaking it.
