It's a great little gem. The owners are nice and the place is good. But the walk to get there is a bit uphill so if you have mobility issues and you don't have a car it could be a challenge. But if not it's a great place to stay.

We had a fantastic one night stay here for a wedding on the Island. Very clean and hosts were very nice and accomodating to our needs. Early check in and late check out were no problem. Only negative was that we couldn't figure out how to turn off the outside lights which stayed on all night and kept the room very bright. Would definitely stay again though. Nice place.

We stayed in the downstairs small suite which whilst had all the basics was small and quite dark. The photos on the property details major on the upstairs larger suites which have the promised view, not so in the downstairs one we stayed in. Apart from the initial intro we had no further contact with the managers of the property. We had stayed in a number of different properties during our month long visit to Nee Zealand but in comparison this offered poor value for money

What a beautiful place to spend our first night in New Zealand! The property was beautiful and I so appreciated being able to soak tired bones in the hot tub after so many hours of travel. I loved sleeping with the windows open, so relaxing. I would definitely return!
