I was waken up by housekeepers fixing beds at 9:30am when checkout time is 11am. This comment was in more than 1 review but no one seems to care. Electronic problems with the doors and my locker... at breakfast, I had not avocado with my order...the sweet guy at the restaurant offered me a free cappuccino; that was the only positive point...

Felt very new. Price and location (and a very helpful staff) were the best things going for it. Incredibly small room though, with no windows! Odd frosted glass bathroom in the center with no shelving anywhere to be found.

One of the best hostels I've ever stayed in, in my life. Let start off with saying that my Girlfriend and I stayed in a ensuite private room, one of their higher end room's as it's a hostel but we both needed a good sleep. The room itself was almost perfection! Large and spacious, clean with an extremely comfortable bed and pillows. One downside to the private room however is the lack of shelving and hooks to hang things, there were plenty of room to place these types of things, but they were just nowhere to be had. I truly believe this is one issue the property needs to put in all the rooms. We had two issues at check-in as 1) the receptionist was on break when we arrived and they had no one covering her desk when she was away for 30 minutes, then they were having an IT issue with their keys, but it was solved within an hour and everything was normal after that so I cannot fault them. The receptionist was pleasant to deal with during the process however once she returned from her break. Overall I would definitely stay here again though, the two junior issues at the beginning were definitely outweighed by everything being amazing after that.

We loved our stay. The pod room was different but very functional! Great use of space, comfy and spacious bed areas. Great communal areas too. The bar and bar staff were also amazing. Would absolutely stay again!

Great hotel! Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The restaurant serves delicious food and has vegetarian options as well and very affordable prices. The community kitchen is massive, having a travel agency for local attractions is simply amazing. 100% recommendable!

Perfectly comfortable hostel. Nice shared eating area with what looked like quite a lot of well furnished kitchen space. Room with an ensuite bath was comfortable, had everything I needed for a long layover before continuing further south. There’s a desk where you can get info about things to do in the area and the staff there were really helpful- I didn’t know whether they’d just be trying to push pricey tours on me but they were very happy to just help me pick between a variety of free hikes and figure out how to get to them. That was super appreciated!
