The Space:
This newly built villa is fully self-contained and designed around open-plan living that feels bright, warm, and welcoming. The living area connects naturally to the outdoor deck through large sliding doors, giving you a sense of space and openness when the weather is fine. The windows frame green bush views and glimpses of the water, creating a calm atmosphere throughout the day.
The kitchen is compact and modern with clean lines and everything you need for simple meal preparation. The lounge area is arranged for easy evenings, with comfortable seating and plenty of natural light. The bedroom sits within the same open-plan layout and opens directly to the deck, so you can wake to soft morning light and step straight outside. The bathroom is beautifully finished with tiled walls, a modern vanity, and a walk-in shower, giving the villa a high-quality, luxurious feel.
The outdoor area is sheltered and private, surrounded by greenery with views toward the coast. It’s a peaceful place for morning coffee, afternoon reading, or an easy evening outdoors as the light changes across the landscape.

Guest Access:
Guests have full, private access to the entire villa, including the deck, garden area, and the private walkway entrance from Moa Avenue and Kiwi Street. Parking is available nearby. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible on request depending on other bookings.
The Neighborhood:
The villa is a short distance from Oneroa Village, placing you close to breakfast spots, daytime cafés, dinner restaurants, and local vineyards.
For breakfast or coffee, Akito offers modern, plant-focused dishes, while Wai Kitchen serves reliable brunch options with views over Oneroa Bay. For lunch, Solar Eating House provides relaxed all-day dining in a sunny garden setting, and The Local is an easy option for simple daytime meals near the beach. Dinner choices nearby include The Oyster Inn for coastal-style dishes in a relaxed dining room and Fenice for Italian classics in the centre of the village. Two of the island’s most well-known wineries, Mudbrick and Cable Bay, are also close by, offering elevated dining with sweeping views. The Heke provides a more casual option with a brewery, outdoor garden bar, and relaxed atmosphere.
Getting Around:
The nearest bus stop is in Oneroa Village, with regular services connecting the key parts of the island and stopping at major wineries such as Mudbrick, Cable Bay, Tantalus, Stonyridge, and Te Motu. Taxis, e-bikes, scooters, and rental cars are available, and the villa is positioned for easy access on foot to nearby walking routes.
Other Things to Note:
Minimum stays are four nights from Christmas to early January, three nights on holiday weekends, and two nights at all other times.
The villa is supplied by rainwater tanks, so mindful use is appreciated.
