Excellent location! I stayed a week so I loved that there was a grocery store and lots of restaurants close by. Also, the fact our room had a full kitchen (fridge, stove, oven, microwave, dishes, etc) and a washer & dryer was great. All the staff (Front desk and cleaning) were very friendly and helpful. I'd stay here again!!

Property was fairly quiet and tidy - needed a deep clean. Check in lines were long and slow to move - not enough staff on even though they would’ve known they were almost fully booked. Check in staff also very unhelpful. Location is very handy for spark arena concerts, however out of the way of the main city if you are there for that.

Great location- away from bustle of harbor but close enough to walk to the places you might want to. Very clean, great bed and towels, plenty of plugs for different things. Good restaurant. Recommend!

Love staying here when we are going to a concert at Spark. My only criticism is that there is no late night food options here after the concert. I would highly recommend keeping your restaurant open later when you have a concert nearby as this would be a fantastic moneymaker!

Property was close to where we needed to be. Nice place just needed some TLC - bathroom taps loose, toilet roll holder fell off. Had to get supplies from desk staff as housekeeping was not done. They have access to a great parking building next door but not widely advertised when making booking. Would stay again
