Newly renovated waterfront home with good indoor living and leading to the beach

Picnic Bay Hideaway is the perfect holiday home - beautifully renovated, super stylish & very welcoming.  It has easy access, a flat lawn out the front & perfect views of the bay.  Also a piano and boat parking for guests! The sunsets are something else.

Renovated and refurnished in 2020, the house is presented in a Scandi-seaside chic style.  The large open plan living, kitchen & dining area has large windows at the front which look out onto the bay.  The front deck has a table & chairs in which to enjoy the views & the sunsets, while at the back is a lovely courtyard which gets great morning sun.  The kitchen is fully set up for catering, with top of the range appliances.  A brand new Smart TV, and a wood burner as well as a heatpump mean this is a fabulous property in all seasons. 

The master bedroom & ensuite are downstairs, with a piano and stunning views of the bay.  The family bathroom is also downstairs.  Upstairs is the second bedroom, in a loft style room overlooking the living room (mezzanine floor).

Beautifully landscaped, the flat lawn, which joins the reserve across the foot of the properties.  There are steps down to Picnic Bay which is a lovely quiet beach with a pontoon.  There is also a boat parking place for guests.

Picnic Bay is located a minute away from the Kennedy Point car ferry terminal, and minutes from Oneroa Village and the Matiatia passenger ferry.  There is a great winery just down the road, and many more wineries & great beaches within 10 minutes drive.

The property is not to be used for any parties or gatherings. It is not suitable for children - all guests must be over 18.
During your stay at this vacation home, you'll be within walking distance of Kennedy Point. Enjoy features like laundry facilities. A kitchen and 2 bathrooms are available in the vacation home.

WE COULD NOT FAULT THIS BEAUTIFUL HOUSE THAT WAS MAGNIFICENTLY PUT TOGETHER WITH THE MOST BEAUTIFUL LITTLE PIECES AROUND THE HOUSE. WE HAD THE MOST COMFORTABLE STAY AND CAN ONLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND EVERYTHING ABOUT IT. THANK YOU FOR SUCH A BEAUTIFUL STAY
