Summary:
Noll View is a beautiful Waiheke Island bach with stunning northern sea views conveniently situated within walking distance to the shops, cafes, local cinema, restaurants and galleries of Oneroa village and two beaches.

The Space:
This recently renovated home with easy access has been appointed with all brand new designer furnishings and lovely antiques. The main living/dining and kitchen area is open plan with large bi-fold doors opening to the deck and additional outdoor seating and BBQ area. The kitchen is equipped with all modern stainless appliances and everything you would require to present a meal. Two double bedrooms, a full bathroom, separate powder room and laundry are also located on the ground level with the master bedroom with ensuite, second lounge area and deck located on the upper level.

Bed configuration: Bedroom 1 - king bed, Bedroom 2 - queen bed, Bedroom 3 - queen bed.

Please note: A $240 clean fee applies to each booking and a compulsory linen fee of $25 per person, per stay. Beach towels can also be hired for $7.50 per person, per stay. Minimum Stays: 7 nights from mid December to mid January, 3 nights rest of January and all holiday weekends, 2 nights at all other times.

At Stay Waiheke we offer a wide range of services for guests in residence including provisioning, private cheffing, beach towel hire, transport, tours, child minding and housekeeping. Advance bookings recommended. We look forward to hearing from you.

The Neighborhood:
Waiheke Island is known for its stunning beaches, amazing coastal walkways and world class vineyards and restaurants. The close proximity to the village and ferry, white sand beaches, Mudbrick and Cable Bay vineyards make this property a perfect accommodation choice for a stay on Waiheke Island.

Getting Around:
Waiheke Island is 20km long. Our properties are mainly located in the first 10km. Taxis are available but can be expensive. Regular bus services operate around the island. There is easy parking at the property.

Interaction with Guests:
Our team at Stay Waiheke all live, work, and raise our families on Waiheke Island and we know well what makes this island so special. We look forward to sharing our local knowledge and assisting our guests with all aspects of their stay.
Our team is available 7 days a week 8:30 am to 5pm for guests and for emergencies after hours.

Great entertaining deck

The house was great, only a short walk to shops, perfect for 6 people. The deck had fantastic views and great for entertaining. Perhaps a second umbrella on the deck would have been good. 3 couples from Melbourne

Awesome Property for a holiday!!!

Really nice house with fantastic and amazing views across the bay. We had 6 adults - all were comfortable. Walking distance to the main shops, cafes etc. As a first time visitor to Waiheke I was really impressed - great food, great wineries and perfect weather. Looking forward to making this an annual event. Would definitely stay here again.
