Our property is conveniently located near Matakana and Omaha Beach, offering easy access to some of the area's top attractions. Whether you're looking to explore the local vineyards, indulge in some delicious food, or simply soak up the sun on the beach, you'll find plenty of activities to keep you busy. 



Omakana House offers luxurious accommodation with breathtaking sunrise views and abundant morning sunlight. This stunning property features four beautifully appointed bedrooms: A king-size master suite with walk-in wardrobe and ensuite. Two spacious queen-size bedrooms. A cozy bunk room, perfect for guests. Each room is equipped with comfortable mattresses and high-quality linens for a restful night’s sleep. 



The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped for culinary enthusiasts, featuring an espresso machine and all the essentials for preparing meals with locally sourced fresh produce. Its modern amenities and spacious layout make it perfect for both casual and gourmet cooking. 



Sip your morning coffee on the private deck overlooking the lush farm, or unwind in the spa under the stars. For al fresco dining, the outdoor space accommodates up to 8 people, offering a perfect setting to enjoy meals with stunning views. Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and return the keys
Check-out is 11 AM or earlier. The cleaners will arrive at 11:00 AM to prepare the House for the next guests.
Before you leave please: Leave sheets on beds and towels in the bathrooms. Empty the fridge. Wash and put away dishes. Place rubbish in the black bin behind the House. Clean the BBQ. Cover the Spa.
Please remember to: Turn off the lights, heat or AC. Leave the doors unlocked and keys on the dinning table. Report any damage.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
