The space

Just a 35 minute ferry ride from Auckland City, New Zealand's Waiheke Island is a magical place. This fully self-contained stand-alone Villa, (not an apartment) has a private deck with a spa pool, outdoor furniture and barbecue and gorgeous views down to Palm Beach, the Pacific Ocean and islands beyond... the pristine white sands of Palm Beach, a convenience/mini grocery store with coffee, ice creams and milkshakes and a new restaurant is only a 7 minute tree lined walk away.

Bus stop at the bottom of the driveway and pick up and drop off is also available for Waiheke Island's famous wine tour or enjoy the local boutique shops, arts & crafts, exhibitions, gallery's, restaurants & café's on the Island

Your villa is completely self-contained:

This villa is privately owned but located within the security and manicured grounds of the Waiheke Island Resort at 4 Bay Road in Palm Beach. Although within the grounds, being privately owned and not run as part of the resort managed facility you are not officially entitled to use the swimming pool, spa pool or mini golf, but AS LONG AS YOU CHECK WITH RECEPTION FIRST AND THERE ARE NO PRIVATE FUNCTIONS BEING HELD, YOU CAN BUY A "POOL PASS" FOR $10 PER PERSON PER DAY, ENTITLING YOU TO USE THE POOL DECK, WITH SWIMMING POOL AND SPA POOL, AND YOU CAN OF COURSE BUY FOOD AND BEVERAGE TO ENJOY FROM THE BAR AND RESTAURANT, OPEN FROM EARLY MOST DAYS :) THERE IS ALSO MINI GOLF, AGAIN AS LONG AS IT IS NOT BOOKED WITH A PRIVATE FUNCTION, YOU CAN ENQUIRE TO PLAY FOR $10 PER PERSON.
