The room was filthy dirty, kitchen riddled with ants, shower door wouldn't close, shower was moldy, toilet seat didnt even fit toilet, walls a mess and noise from bar next door went on past 12.30pm was the worse stay I have ever had in my life anywhere...disgusting

We had a nice stay, the staff where polite and friendly, the pool was clean, our child enjoyed the playground, the beds where comfortable. Not luxury but not bad for a family with young kids. We did note a concern that we mentioned to staff. I wouldn't say its as bad as some of the google reviews said but our room definitely needed some maintenance in the bathroom and kitchen.

It was advertised as a four star motel but i guess that rating must be by indian standards, i put it closer to a 1 star, they take a hundard sercurity deposit on check in that we were not told about when booking if we knew about that we wouldnt have booked, i assumed it was in case we did damage to the room which was assuming because there was already a lot of damage when we arrived that they hadn't bothered to fix, it remains to be seen if they try to blame us for it

Sweet and attentive staff, clean and cozy rooms and close to alot of shops/restaurants for an easy carefree time. Ive been here a few times and the new upgrades arent going unnoticed, the team at poenamo make you feel very cared for and they have your best interest at heart. 10/10 stay and will be coming back.

Staff were welcoming and friendly. Restocked room on second day whilst we were out which was nice. Shower was filthy with pink grime around the seals and slimy glass. Pink smudge on toilet paper. Many guests smoking cannabis on premise. Wouldn't stay here again. Room also very stuffy and the air con unit emitted an unpleasant odour when we tried to use it.

Upon arrival I feel as though customer service could have been a little warmer, more smiles would help. Apart from that our stay was delightful, we booked the double pod which was perfect for the night. I enjoyed the area and the amenities it provided. The shower drain did not work properly which was highly annoying & the place smelled heavily of cleaning product, I would suggest a candle for people to burn whilst being there. Was a really nice time though and for the money it was worth it. The pod was nice and quiet at night! Overall we would rate it 7.5/10. Kia Ora!

I was placed in an annex which is next to the outside chiller of the attached restaurant the flood light was on all night and the water for the chiller ran 24/7 the curtains were not blackout and felt like I was undergoing water torture

The cube was excellent. The only minor addition would be a shelf in the shower cubicle for shampoos, soaps etc Maybe a couple of coat hangers. Need to let you know frig was turned up too high. Did not notice until morning. 🤔
