Third time at the pullman Auckland Airport, it's so convenient to walk from arrivals, rooms are new and spacious, very quiet and restaurant is great, enjoyed the variety of the buffet breakfast which was excellent.

The property is a quick walk from the international terminal. It had a lovely bar/restaurant and the rooms were lush. The staff were very courteous. The bed was also very comfortable and it had some nice touches with the room amenities, like slippers, bathrobes and a personal coffee machine.

Enjoyed how the staff remembered what we had eaten for dinner the night prior and ask once again how was our current dinner Also it was nice how the staff greeted us no matter how many times we entered and left the hotel by saying " welcome back".

The hotel is nice enough - but they told us the restaurant was full and we’d have to eat very late. We have young children and had an early flight and needed to eat and go to bed. An airport hotel must be able to feed you when you need to - you don’t have anywhere else to go. We were told they had a function on. Seriously - at an airport hotel where guests have nowhere else to eat?! Not happy.
