Staff and cleaners were lovely. My only wish would be a fan in the bathroom to help when having a hot shower or using toilet. But a very clean and easy accessible hotel.

I booked a 4 night stay in November and actually did not end up staying at the hotel because the cleanliness and smell was not appealing to me. My room was also very hot and the air conditioner was not controllable from the room. I was in my room for 5 minutes and decided to leave to another hotel. I am not a poicky person but this hotel was far below expectations, especially on Ponsoby Road. To further expand the issue, the management of the company did not return my money as I had prepaid for my visit, but they decided the right thing to do for there business was to keep my money instead of treating a dissatisfied customer fairly. They kept all of the money for my 4 night stay and will not return it. I would not stay here. Many other great options in Auckland for similar price.

The bathroom had some cracked tiles that trapped water every time I took a shower, and it ended up seeping into the carpet. The rooms weren’t soundproof either, so being right on the main road, you could hear a lot of noise from outside. That said, the staff were super helpful. --- Would you like me to make it sound a bit more friendly or keep this straightforward tone?

2-night staycation in a studio. The room was fine for the time we were there - small but had all the necessary facilities. Comfortable king bed, shower with great water pressure, fridge/freezer. The best thing about this hotel is the location. At the K rd end of Ponsonby road, you have all the dining options you need, shop till you drop, supermarket round the corner, amazing park across the road…the list goes on. Would definitely stay again for this reason alone.

Great place and location. Lovely staff, good service, a lot better organised this time with checking in after hours and car park. Lovely room, SKY TV was good. TV Remote might need new batteries and it was lagging at times.
